The three-bedroom, Spanish-style abode is filled with abstract oil paintings by DioGuardi's husband, Mike McCuddy, a home-builder and artist.
DioGuardi says she was first attracted to the home because of its seclusion, and the interior's beamed ceilings and open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining room, and den.
"I want my house to feel soothing and homey, like a spa, so I can just relax and be calm," DioGuardi said.
