The Great Migration has arrived at Singita Mara River Tented Camp in the secluded Lamai triangle, the northernmost tip of the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. Often called “one of the greatest wildlife spectacles on earth,” the migration sees over two million animals travel from the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania to the Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya each year, following food and water sources. The Mara River lies right in the path of the migration, and for guests watching the animals attempt to cross the river is a highlight of the migration. Of course, predators are waiting here and there along the way with anticipation of their next meal.
