Wine Dinners: Famed Chef Michael Mina will host a very special wine dinner at Bourbon Steak, his fine dining restaurant located at the Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC on November 12. The dinner will feature exceptional wines from Ambullneo Vineyards in Santa Maria, California and guests will enjoy a four-course menu specially created by Chef Mina to complement the outstanding vintages.
The dinner is priced at $105 per person not including wine pairings, and $170 per person with wine pairings but excluding tax and gratuity. The menu includes dishes such as Bristol Bay red king crab with horseradish panna cotta paired with the winery's Big Paw Chardonnay and a Border Springs Farm lamb tasting to complement Ambullneo's Howling Syrah 2004 & 2005.
Bourbon Steak is located in Four Seasons Hotel at 2800 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC along the border of Georgetown and the Canal.
