I've never met anyone who visited Thailand and didn't immediately fall in love with it. Whether you are the type to spend hours sunbathing on the beach or exploring tropical jungles, Thailand is where you should be doing it. Don't know where to go? Try Villa Mayavee on the island of Phuket, because…just look at it!
The vacation getaway is found in Waterfall Bay on the millionaires' mile in Kamala, overlooking the Andaman Sea — which you just may feel a part of when taking a dip in the villa's infinity pool. Gardens and flora encircle the home, with interesting accents brought within, like the lily pad pool on the balcony.
The entryway is given dramatic flair courtesy of a winding staircase that takes you up to the spacious living room above. With floor-to-ceiling windows (which are throughout the entire residence), the sitting area looks more like a suspended lounge and works to connect the guest and master wings. The "East Meets West" design theme brings in touches of wood (which promotes Zen) throughout the entire luxury villa, which is especially apparent in the reception and living areas.
The master wing is designed to give as much privacy as possible, separated from the rest of the quarters by the kitchen, dining room, entertainment room, and reception area. It features a dressing area, library and an office, with a bathroom full of marble and stone. Of course, the master wing has its own swimming pool for when you want to take a dip without anyone around—skinny dipping, perhaps?
Not to worry though, your guests will be pretty comfortable too; spanning two floors and housing three suites, the guest wing even has its own gym!
