The Centre for Regulations of Transport by Hire Cars of the Department of Transport (DoT) on Tuesday rolled out a special taxi service for the people with special needs.
The centre announced the project has been launched with eight Mercedes Vito vehicles driven by both women and men drivers that will be on road in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain in the first phase. The good news is that there will be no change in fares for the service and there will also be a call centre service to book a cab.
