Peru should rank as one of the world's food capitals along with Italy and France, said Craig S. Smith, President of the Caribbean and Latin America at Marriott International.
"I have to say that after living here for two years, I find that Peruvian cuisine is phenomenal! Countries like Italy and France are known as the world's culinary capitals, where people go to study culinary arts and I think Peru has to be among those countries" he said.
In an interview with El Peruano, Smith stressed the cultural wealth and historical roots of Peru and he was impressed by "the incredible growth of Lima." Read More on andina.com.pe
