hartfordjazz.com The Greater Hartford’s Jazz Festival's primary goal is to expose and educate music lovers to the ever growing jazz industry. You will be introduced to over 25 hours of continuous music throughout the festival. The entertainment at this event has included many past Grammy award-winning musicians and world-class musicians for years. The festival is free of charge and will be held at Bushnell Park located in downtown Hartford, Connecticut.
Since this is a family-friendly event, you’re even more than welcome to bring your pets along to enjoy this fun day in the park. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, perhaps a hat, and of course a blanket to sit on so you can enjoy a nice afternoon picnic and the many extraordinary tunes.
Two stages will be set up, one being located on the Performance Pavilion and one at the Friends of the Festival Arch Stage. Hartford’s skyline provides a beautiful backdrop for this special event as the sun sets and the stars rise in the evening sky. Related Topics: Music, City Guides
