Music lovers flock to Acid Bar nearly every night of the week to hear their resident bands play everything from blues to pop to jazz and even percussion sets. It opened in 2003 inside an old shophouse which was restored into an intimate, open-air space to allow the music to flow freely throughout. Decked out in Peranakan-style décor under dramatic archways, this is one swanky nightlife spot marching to the beat of its own drum.
