Short for "organic chemistry," Orgo features organic ingredients in its food and drink, but its concept is all about evolution in order to surprise and excite guests visit after visit. At the helm of the food and beverage team is master mixologist Tomoyuki Kitazoe, who brings 20 years of experience to the bar. His affinity to refine classic cocktail concoctions has produced such interesting combinations as watermelon and chili, golden pineapple and lemongrass, and dragon fruit and vanilla. In keeping with the organic theme, there is a selection of drinks containing no artificial flavors, colors, syrups or canned juices, like their Singapore Sling which is made with only fresh ingredients.
