We have good news for pet lovers traveling or living in Singapore: the very first luxury pet hotel will be opening its doors in mid-November. According to Global Post, the new 4,317-square-foot establishment, called The Wagington (yes, you read that right), is in a 1920s pre-war bungalow and has 27 air-conditioned rooms of varying sizes. To just give you a sample of what your prized pooch will be enjoying while you're off on vacation, The Royal Suite (which will cost around USD $280 per night to board Fido in) can hold up to five to seven small dogs in a 96-square-foot room, has a chandelier and its own television. The dogs sleep on orthopedic beds and blankets that are covered in faux leather and imported from the United States.
If your pets need exercise, they can swim some laps in the bone-shaped swimming pool, or they can enjoy treatments (like mud masks, aromatherapy, and facial and head massages) in the spa. And if you have a cat, don't worry because they're welcome at The Wagington too. The kitties will get turn-down service, housekeeping, and private balconies that may or may not overlook the bone-shaped pool—we all know how much cats like looking down upon their denizens in judgment—so this place is perfect for all your pet's needs.
