T.Cook's offers American-Mediterranean fusion with a bevy of fire-roasted dishes straight out of their stone oven. The décor here is elegantly earthy, which is a perfect match for the menu. Chef Lee Hillson's dishes are full of interesting pairings and classic specialties like the Maine Lobster and his own Carbonara.

T. Cook's also offers a lounge, located adjacent to the Royal Palms Hotel's courtyard, and features a full bar, rich leather booths, and a classic baby grand piano. The restaurant also has a private dining room and a cabana café out by the pool.
