This November, Scottsdale-based developer Catclar Investments will break ground on the new Soho Scottsdale building. The property will share both residential and office space for those who love to work from home (or a few floors down), and will offer Arizonans a new way to work and play. Townhomes, lofts and condos will range from 2,004 to 3,949 square feet and are priced from $601,200 to $1.2 million. Of course those prices are without luxurious add-ons like solar paneling or rooftop spas.
Construction is expected to finish in the next 18 months, with presales already starting. Catclar expects prices of the property to increate as they move closer to the completion date. The four-story building will house 64 residential units on the top three floors and 14 office and business units on the ground floor. Catclar has been in talks with local business about including restaurants, retailers and services in Soho Scottsdale and will extend the use of an on-site executive suite to both businesses and residents in the building.
Soho Scottsdale is geared toward the high-tech millennial set with smart home features, one gigabyte download speeds and remote control access to things like lights and temperature. Residents can also enjoy private rooftop hot tubs and gardens, or head downstairs to a restaurant for a night of dining and libations. For those looking for the most luxurious live/work experience, optional add-ons are available including extra bathrooms, built-in offices and upgraded appliances.
