Amenities include sustainable LED lighting, 11-foot-high ceilings, Siberian Oak flooring, built-in iPad-controlled home automation systems, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, fully-furnished suites for resident guests, a rooftop pool deck, and a 50,000-square-foot Club and Spa. The gated property is hosting a grand opening celebration January 17-18, where they will be accepting reservations for the first 24 homes, which include two- to -three-bedroom floor plans that range from 1,946 to 3,307 square feet.
