When it comes time to head to Waterbar, you’ll be transported via the house Bentley for dinner for two overlooking The Bay Lights, the iconic light sculpture designed by world-famous artist Leo Villareal.
As part of the five-course meal with wine pairings, caviar and Maine lobster starters will be paired with sparkling wine before progressing onto seafood options such as black bass, scallops and turbot. The dinner ends with warm gingerbread pudding and ice wine before the midnight waterfront fireworks display.
In the morning, toast to 2015 with the St. Regis Signature Bloody Mary cocktail over brunch at Vitrine along with a private tasting with a St. Regis mixologist at your table.
