Located on Philadelphia's Avenue of the Arts and helmed by Owner Chef Sbraga, this modern American restaurant serves inventive, seasonal, local and sustainable fare. Choose from a few different prix fixe menus including a $75 six-course tasting menu at the Chef's Counter with a $50 beverage pairing (optional). Or, if you'd rather head to the bar for a drink and light fare, you can order from an à la carte menu as well. Dishes include items such as Brook Trout with long beans, romesco sauce and almond butter; Saffron Bucatini with blue crab, crushed tomato sauce and Fresno chilies; and a Chocolate Macaroon with beetroot ice cream, sable Breton and raspberries.
