Dining at Marigold Kitchen is not for the picky eater. Showcasing an always-changing tasting menu each night, chefs Andrew Kochan and Tim Lanza have proven that sometimes, the chef really does know best. Since typically you don’t know which dish you’ll get prior to it being served, we were surprised to learn that for their 16-course New Year’s Eve event, some of the dishes have been revealed. The restaurant will be serving up NYE cuisines that follow the holiday’s traditions, but in a distinct Marigold Kitchen way. Check out the three dishes.
