With the announcement of The Rittenhouse's new 15,000-square-foot spa, guests will have more to look forward to including a large collection of services such as Hair by Paul Labrecque. Labrecque—recognized as one of the US's top stylists by Vanity Fair—is at the helm of the salon, and proves that the facility is truly aiming to be one of the best in the city.
Designed with inspiration from haute fashions, the facility features touches like black stone and glass which create a unique sense of relaxation and wellbeing. The spa will have nine treatment rooms (one of which is a couple's room), and will be equipped with only the highest quality skincare products.
Additionally, a Spa Suite marks the first of its kind in Philadelphia and offers a destination for small groups as a place to unwind with cocktail offerings, rain showers, a dressing room and two treatment beds. The suite can accommodate up to eight people at a time and is an ideal choice for wedding parties and other celebratory gatherings.
The "Club" aspect of spa comes in the form of an exclusive fitness and health destination covering a sprawling 5,000 square feet of space. Amenities at the club include saunas, a group studio, a designated stretching area and personal training, among other things. Moreover, membership also offers discounted services from the spa and salon.
This announcement comes as the property’s last renovation coming off of a multi-million rejuvenation which has included the addition of five luxury suites, event space overhauls, redesigned guestrooms, improved beverage and menu options, and an aesthetic update of The Rittenhouse's lobby.
