The Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast luxury senior community in Orlando, Florida is on its way and judging by its website, it’s going to be pretty nice. Spanning 17 acres and three buildings, Core Construction Co. is behind the $45 million project that will feature 210 luxury units for independent, assisted and memory care living.
Located along Colbert Lane, the site is near scenic wetlands and will boast a very Italian vibe once complete. “The community will feature spacious, elegant private suites, fine furnishings and décor, original artwork, meticulously maintained grounds and wetlands, high ceilings, tall windows, a Tuscan kitchen, great rooms, a media center, library, salon/spa, chapel and more,” a Tuscan Gardens press release states.
The Tuscan kitchen will not only be a place where residents can go for a gourmet meal, it will also hold cooking classes, demonstrations and host visiting chefs. Other on-site learning activities will center around music, photography, technology, book clubs, writing autobiographies and gardening. Of course, off-site excursions will always be an option, with visits to theater productions, museums and restaurants.
Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast is expected to open late summer 2016 and there is no word yet on the cost.
