Dedicated to a bygone era, but not bound by it, Henry Public is a testament to the history of Brooklyn-Whitman and its people. The barkeeps use Kold-Draft ice cubes in their distinctive and unique drink selections which get names like Oddfellow and Ether.

Henry Public has a food menu as exquisite as their drinks, with grass-fed hamburger sandwiches and the rarely-found Danish delight ebelskivers -although they go by Wilkinson's here.
