Iconic Italian design brand Kartell has landed a new home in the NoMad district in New York.
Situated at 152 Madison Avenue, on the northwest corner of East 32nd Street, this newly established 4300 square foot flagship store spans two floors of a historic 1920s building. With four windows overlooking both streets on either side, the expansive space is the perfect setting to exhibit Kartell products and lifestyle collections.

As part of its expansion strategy, Kartell is now focusing on larger stores, such as the latest New York outpost, to showcase its ability to offer comprehensive living solutions that encompass a wide range of products; these include upholstered sofas, armchairs, carpets, side tables, lights, tables, and chairs, all of which are a testament to the brand's dedication to remaining at the forefront of cutting-edge technological advancements. “We chose to move from our original Greene Street location to a larger space with more spacious windows in the NoMad district, a neighborhood renowned for its focus on design” states Lorenza Luti, Kartell's Marketing & Retail Director. “This venue with allow us to present a more comprehensive and immersive experience of Kartell, offering our new idea of lifestyle to retail customers, as well as architects and industry professionals. The relationship between Kartell and New York began in 2000 with the opening of our first store. Today, the new locations’ architecture is better suited to showcase the wide range of new products, allowing for complete settings and layouts that truly enhance the shopping experience”.
Alongside the brick-and-mortar store expansions, Kartell is also actively developing its e-commerce platform to cater to customers across the United States.
