Not even on the market for a year yet, New York's Four Seasons Private Residences at 30 Park Place is now officially 65 percent sold. With developer Larry Silverstein and architect Robert A.M. Stern working together on the luxury homes, this 926-foot building is not only the very first downtown location for Four Seasons, it is also the tallest residential structure in the Tribeca area.
Offering 157 residences across 82 stories, 30 Park Place is currently under construction and is on time for a 2016 completion and opening. It will have 40,000 square feet of amenities, including a gym, yoga studio, movie theater, conservatory, 75-foot sunlit pool, children’s play room, a private dining room with a catering kitchen, and access to all of the hotel's restaurants. The Four Seasons spa is also open to residents, which includes steam rooms, as well as the business center.
Prices for the available one- to five-bedroom apartments range from $3.4 million to $29.5 million for the penthouse at 78B.
