Hotel Villa Magna is stepping out on a limb to bring Madrid a Mexican Gastronomy Week, which will feature a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes to satiate appetites looking for rich foods, heavy meals and a plethora of spices and chilies. Without having to step foot outside of the Hotel Villa Magna, guests will be invited to take a culinary tour of Mexico, sampling flavors from many of the country’s regions. The gastronomic adventure will take place between October 16 and October 20, 2012, during which celebrated Chef Daniel Ovadia will be flown in for the exclusive event.
The young culinary master, at just 28 years old, is one of the most popular chefs in Mexico and owner of the high class Paxia restaurant group; his restaurants have been honored with three Star Diamond Awards between 2008 and 2011. Chef Ovadia will prepare traditional Mexican menus exclusively for The the Restaurante Villa Magna. However, the hotel also provides three other separate dining experiences, including the Magnum Bar, the Lounge, and Tse Yang.
