Towards the end of 2023, the Celebrity Ascent will set sail as the fourth vessel in Celebrity Cruises ultra-modern Edge Series. Debuting in South Florida once the ship is launched, travelers will embark in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida cruising to the Caribbean and beyond. Ports of call include the Bahamas, Grand Cayman, Puerto Rico and the British Virgin Islands.
After the Caribbean season, the Celebrity Ascent will depart during the summer to Europe visiting a variety of beautiful Mediterranean ports.

Enhanced spaces on the Celebrity Ascent include the stunningly beautiful Sunset Bar. With the success of the Nate Berkus Sunset Collection on the Celebrity Beyond, Celebrity Cruises and Berkus have partnered again to design and bring Sunset Bar to the Celebrity Ascent. This is the quintessential sunset viewing spot before or after dinner offering cooling sea breezes.
Guests can visit The Sunset Collection by Nate Berkus on board to purchase a collection of chic travel and home accessories available exclusively on Celebrity Ascent.
There are 32 distinct food and beverage venues on the luxury cruise ship, including the fine dining Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud. This will be his second restaurant at sea.
Celebrity Cruises is still the only cruise line to feature a Daniel Boulud restaurant. The world-renowned chef is Celebrity Cruises Global Culinary Ambassador. He created his first signature restaurant at sea - Le Voyage by Daniel Boulud for the sister ship Celebrity Beyond. Now guests will also be able to reserve an exquisitely prepared meal on the Celebrity Ascent.
Besides an elevated a la carte dinner menu, there is a multi-course tasting menu for passengers to experience many items on the menu. The restaurant also caters to those with dietary needs by providing and expertly crafted plant based menu.
Menu specialties include large prawns, Alaskan crab salad, green Thai curry, 5-spice duck, lamb and Prime Black Angus filet mignon.
The redesigned space, created by KTGY Simeone Deary Design Group, will offer an intimate fine dining experience inspired by the Chef’s travels. The global menu is paired with some of the most awarded wines at sea. Sommeliers are happy to make pairing suggestions during dinner and dessert.
Other inventive culinary experiences, include the popular three-story Eden Bar and Restaurant. This space at the aft of the ship features floor-to-ceiling views, and a multi-sensory food and beverage experience. The new seasonal plant-based menu offers healthy options among a garden-like setting.
The casino on the Celebrity Ascent will be redesigned and offer brand new games. The new layout will feature deep red and gold colors, and new slot machines with the latest in technology.
Passengers will notice a new thoughtfully transformed art gallery for a better experience during exclusive art auctions and events.
The ultimate outdoor haven is the Rooftop Garden. Morning wellness classes take place here, as well as live music in the afternoon, movies and al fresco dining at the Rooftop Garden Grill.
Passengers will discover this park-like oasis while walking along the resort-like outdoor decks. Beyond the rooftop garden is the main swimming pool lined with cabanas, two-story martini-glass shaped hot tubs, and the indoor Solarium retreat.
The iconic Magic Carpet will also be on the Celebrity Ascent. Passengers will have unobstructed panoramic views while enjoying a cocktail and dining on the world's first cantilevered lounge. What makes this so unique, is how it glides up and down the exterior edge of the ship throughout the day.
Cruise specials for the Celebrity Ascent are available now for her maiden voyage on one of the preview sailings starting in November, 2023. Cruise to the Western Caribbean or sail on a three night Bahama getaway. Staterooms for a trip to the Eastern Caribbean, Mexico, San Juan and beyond are also available.
