The father and son duo of Albert and Michel Roux, Jr. team up to bring Roux at the Landau to life, as the family's culinary expertise exudes from every dish that leaves the kitchen. The menu is primarily French cuisine, but also features British favorites and customer favorites.

Sommelier Zack Saghir is a lifelong partner of the family, and he has been brought on to oversee the pairings. His collection of labels is the first sight diners encounter as they walk through the cellar corridor upon entering the restaurant.
