Wolfgang Puck's flagship restaurant, Spago, is home to the finest creations from this world-renowned chef, paired with wines from their equally award-winning sommelier. The menu features fresh fish and daily specialties, all inspired by California cuisine.

When Spago expanded from Hollywood to the Vegas location within Caesars Palace, it provided the spark to the fine dining scene that the city was in need of. Today, Executive Chef Eric Klein heads up the kitchen while guests dine in the EDG-designed dining room.
