The Petrossian Bar inside the Bellagio has been noted as one of the finest hotel bars in America, thanks mostly to their incredibly experienced mixologists. Every afternoon at Petrossian starts with tea and open-faced sandwiches and other smaller eats and continues into the evening with live music.

Petrossian is an elegant setting in which to enjoy the finer things in life, like smoked salmon and caviar, and their infused cocktails are made in-house and are just as refined as the food. Many nights will feature delicate key work on the Steinway Grand Piano by distinguished musicians.
