To celebrate the 100-year anniversary of the National Park Services, Forever Resorts will be hosting a Scenic and Savory Houseboat Excursion on Lake Mead from April 29 to May 1, 2016. The three-day weekend will take place on one of Forever Resorts’ 70-foot houseboats, and will be limited to only 12 guests. Cocktail hours and meals will be created by two of Vegas’ most popular chefs—Alize’s Chef Mark Purdy and Pastry Chef Tammy Alana. Participants will also enjoy activities such as fishing lazily off the side of the boat or hiking around the lake’s shores, plus a full-size crew will tend to their every need.
“We can’t think of a better place to prepare and enjoy our cuisine than while surrounded by the beautiful surroundings the lake provides,” says Chef Purdy. “In fact, we’ve dreamt of creating a culinary adventure that pairs nature’s scenic beauty with amazing fare—and we can’t think of a better place to do so than Lake Mead, which is so conveniently located to Las Vegas.”
The excursion is priced at $4,110 per person based on double occupancy or may be privately reserved for 12 guests for $42,240.
