When hearing about a home that was almost purchased by Michael Jackson, you know it has to be extravagant and maybe even a little over-the-top—in a good way, of course—and though Primm Ranch definitely fits the latter requirement, it’s surprisingly elegant.
The 10-acre property is the work of Las Vegas Casino developer Gary Primm and is being auctioned without reserve on October 10 by Concierge Auctions. Previously on the market for $14.5 million, the main 15,000-square-foot residence features five bedrooms, 6.3 bathrooms, and a master suite with its own gym and sauna. There is also a 3,000-square-foot guest villa and a 1,500-square-foot caretaker’s home.
Across the entire compound you will find 12 bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, a trophy room (for your prized bowling awards, obviously), an elevator, screening room, and a 5,000-bottle wine cellar with its own tasting room. Since the home did belong to a casino magnate and it is in Vegas, there’s also a game room for when you don’t want to leave the home to gamble. It comes with its own bar, fireplace and billiards table.
Do you like secret passageways and horses? Perfect, because if you move into this place you can sneak around hidden spaces within the walls and disappear into the underground tunnels—one of which leads to the 20-car showroom for your vintage auto collection that features a carwash and two gas pumps. After you’re done lurking in the tunnels, you can head over to the equestrian facilities that includes pastures, stables, a large round pen and a huge arena.
The Pimm Ranch compound is legitimately its own world and we can say with complete certainty that if we moved it, we would probably never leave.
