Nevada’s upcoming Ascaya may still be in the construction phase, but it’s going to be stunning if you go by the rendering they recently released. Surrounded by desert landscape, the $25 million clubhouse seen above will be the central focus of the upcoming luxury community, offering residents 22,000 square feet of amenities.
The Ascaya Clubhouse will feature a large resort-style pool and a separate pool with its own lap-swimming area, a Jacuzzi, and cabanas for lounging. There will be a courtyard upon entry with water features and various artworks, as well as a bar in the main gathering room. An outdoor living area will have fire elements and views of the Las Vegas Strip, while a multipurpose room will offer activities for children. The gym will boast a studio space for yoga, Pilates and dance, and the spa facilities will have three massage rooms.
Construction is expected to begin late this year.
