Joseph Elevado has been named Executive Chef at Andreas at the Wynn Las Vegas. Previously the Executive Chef at Social House in Vegas and Nobu Las Vegas, Elevado has won a number of awards including a Mobil Four-Star for his stint at Nobu. His mastery of Asian flavors and technical artistry has earned him a place of honor in the fine-dining industry.
To encourage lively group dining, shareable dishes like truffled ponzu rock shrimp tempura and Wagyu sliders litter the menu. Elevado stated that when putting together the menu, he chose “dishes that will complement Andrea’s fun, high-energy and interactive dining experience.” The menu caters to all kinds of finicky eaters, from classically prepared steaks and poultry, to dim sum pot stickers and vegan options.
Andreas, which is attached to the hip nightclub Surrender, was designed by Todd-Avery Lenahan into a feminine and mod space with cream, cognac and pearl accents and luxurious finishes. Velvet sofas are also available for patron’s lounging pleasure. Elevado’s presence and direction will no doubt only encourage deluxe renown for the establishment.
