Designed by Champalimaud Design, Conrad Nashville offers a modern design with an elegant nod to music and the state flower throughout the hotel. 

Walking into Conrad Nashville, one immediately experiences its understated elegance. This hotel and residential tower is part of the Broadwest mixed-use development, providing luxury accommodations, workspace and dining in the city. 'Luxury has a different service perspective than lifestyle hotels,' said General Manager Martin Wormull. 'We are partnering with Forbes to separate from others and become a true luxury hotel.' 

Capturing the spirit of Music City through design, the lobby showcases a black grand piano underneath a bold floating staircase. Brass accents on the walls and stairway railing are tied to brass instruments. The color palette is soothing neutral tones with dark wood and bronze accents. 

The lobby is not overtly music in theme, because the city is so much more than just music. There is over one million dollars worth of local art throughout the hotel. The city is also filled with some exquisite art and music museums, plus a symphony, ballet, and a variety of dining options.

Above the hotel there are 196 residential homes. About 85 to 90% have been sold to celebrities who call Nashville home or their home away from home.

The graceful blend of urban sophistication with refined elegance creates a luxe retreat within the bustle of the city. The 13-story glass hotel is comprised of 234 spacious guest rooms and suites, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer glorious views of the city. Some rooms offer in-room soak tubs and Byredo bathroom amenities for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

There is also over 11,000 square feet of multi-purpose space for business and social gatherings, including weddings. The outdoor terrace is also an entertaining hub near the only outdoor rooftop pool in Nashville.

There are three curated dining experiences conceptualized by Blau & Associates. Helmed by Executive Chef Dwayne Edwards, the hotel’s main restaurant, Blue Aster is named for the Tennessee wildflower. The seafood focus menu offers an innovative twist on modern Southern cuisine.

Seasonal menus at Blue Aster focus on a farm-to-table approach, with many ingredients sourced locally at regional purveyors and farms. Seafood is fresh from the docks and steaks are from local ranches.

With an elegant dining room and sidewalk-level terrace, Blue Aster serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and a signature weekend brunch. Menu highlights include a fresh poke bowl, hot stone ahi tuna, King crab Chitarra pasta and even Mac & Cheese waffles. 

Off the lobby is the Lounge at Blue Aster providing a polished, contemporary space for guests to celebrate with a glass of fine Champagne, or enjoy a Southern craft cocktail. Oenophiles will appreciate the exceptional collection of 2,500 wines in the curated wine room.

The Lounge also features an afternoon tea service with international teas, savory tea sandwiches, scones and delicate pastries and sweets every Thursday through Sunday. 

On the third floor, Thistle & Rye is a fun and sassy live music venue with an indoor-outdoor bar, a large patio and windows overlooking downtown Nashville. The menu at this beverage-centric drinking and dining concept features globally inspired small plates. Favorites include Nashville's Famous hot chicken sliders, Sugar Cane shrimp skewers, pork belly bao buns, pomegranate glazed lamb Kofta, as well as fresh lobster rolls. All go well with a Southern Gin Fizz.

The well-appointed guest rooms and suites have touchpad lights and window shade controls by the front door, bathroom and near the bed. 

Corner suites have 967 sq. ft. of living space, and all suites have a balcony. Beds are fitted with Frette sheets, and bathrooms have Frette linens. In the evening, Conrad provides turn-down service that includes Frette slippers by your bedside, bottled water by the bed, and a special container filled with two artisan cookies on the bedstand.

There are five Wellness Rooms designed for the fitness-conscious traveler. Each room includes a Peloton bike, Echelon Reflect Fitness Mirror, a variety of free weights, a yoga mat, and a minibar offering healthy alternatives. The rooms also provide an AtmosAir purification environment and an elevated aromatherapy bathroom experience by ZENTS.

The Grand Suite is over 3,000 sq.ft. of living space featuring three bedrooms, a spacious walk-in closet, a dining table for 10 guests, a movie room, kitchen, and butler's pantry. There is also a freestanding soaking bathtub and walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

Exclusive to hotel guests, the outdoor pool deck offers a turquoise blue lap pool, cabanas and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Guests can enjoy a meal from the menu at Thistle & Rye while relaxing poolside.

Outside the doors of the Conrad Nashville, guests can explore the National Museum of African American Music, Country Music Hall of Fame, Music City Center, Johnny Cash Museum, Frist Art Museum, the Parthenon at Centennial Park, Ryman Auditorium, and the State Capital.

Lower Broadway is the heart of Nashville's music scene. Known as Nashville's Honky-Tonk Highway, live music starts as early as 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. It's a multi-sensory walk where almost every venue has live music pulsating out the door. Many of the bars serve food in a multi-level space.

Justin Timberlake's TwelveThirty is an elegant music venue upstairs and more honky-tonk downstairs. Country star Miranda Lambert opened Casa Rosa, the first honky-tonk owned by a female musician. It's a little bit of Texas in Tennessee with tacos and tequila at her four-level entertainment destination.
