Helping us celebrate this year in style, The Charles Hotel in Munich is offering a $25K Private Night of the Diamond package on December 31. Partnering with Swiss jeweler Bucherer, the affair will take place in the over 2,000-square-foot Monforte Presidential Suite for up to 10 guests.
Before your private party begins, you’ll be invited to join the excitement in the main hotel where the Night of the Diamond Reception will take place. As each guest arrives, they will receive a glass of Champagne with a crystal gem inside. And one lucky attendee will find a $3K-genuine diamond in their flute. Throughout the evening, a jeweler will examine the gems to reveal the winner of the 0.5-carat Bucherer prize.
Once back in your room, performing soulful jazz on the suite’s Bechstein grand piano, will be your own exclusive pianist. For dinner, you and your 10 friends will enjoy an eight-course meal by Italian chef Giovanni Russo in the suite. At midnight, toast to another year on your terrace as fireworks light up the city right before your eyes. As you awake to 2015, continue the celebrations with complimentary breakfast before your two-hour tour around Munich.
