Revelers hoping to make "headlines" at Key West's annual Fantasy Fest masking and costuming celebration can take center stage at the annual Headdress Ball. As a highlight of the festival, this year's gala promises to be as glamorous as ever. Entrants create and wear elaborate masks, cowls, bonnets and other headgear decorated with feathers, sequins and unexpected or bizarre accessories for an entertaining, head-turning display.
