The Mexico Food Fair is an extraordinary display of the cultural and gastronomical wealth of Mexico. The festival offers a wide array of food tastings, cooking lessons and conferences from award winning chefs. The three-day event celebrates the wide variety of riches the Mexican states have to offer and will include a variety of dishes and ingredients honoring each region. There will also be culturally artistic performances throughout the fair, which is free to the public.
