The Pump Room has a storied history in the already epic annals of the Chicago culinary scene, and now after a brief hiatus its back in action inside the newly-remodeled Public Chicago Hotel. The restaurant features a vintage art deco vibe in the interior, which helps to maintain the tradition of luring a celebrity clientele.

The Pump Room has an all-star kitchen that reality TV producers would dream of, with Jean-Georges Vongerichten's trademark farm-to-table dishes gracing the menu. The classic Midwest-inspired cuisine here mixes with tapas and Asian or Indian specialties as well.
