The Gwen, a Luxury Collection Hotel, has just opened in Chicago’s Magnificent Mile district. The property, located in the McGraw Hill building, took over the Conrad Chicago and opened its doors at the beginning of the month. Named after Gwen Lux, the Chicago-born sculptor and artist whose work has long graced the building’s halls, the hotel offers guests a unique Art Deco-inspired design.
