Residents in Charlotte’s Myers Park will soon have some new neighbors. Last month Faison, a major real estate investment firm, purchased a 1.43 acre of land on Queen’s Road for $3 million. According to the seller’s representative, Sperry Van Ness/Percival Partners’ Senior Advisor Rush Dunaway, Faison plans to turn the site into a 62-unit, luxury apartment complex, complete with “five stories of residential units atop two levels of parking, including one underground.”
The property sits on the northern side of Myers Park, a historic neighborhood already considered to be one of the most affluent in the Charlotte area. Nestled on the corner of Queens Road and Dartmouth Place, the new residence will be build next door to Theatre Charlotte and just a short drive from Colonial Park, Edgehill Park, shops, restaurants and Myes Park Country Club.
