Las Vegas, Manila City of Dreams, Miami Beach and Riyadh, are just some of the locations where Nobu Hospitality’s swanky hotels reside. And come 2017, the brand will add Mexico to its list of destinations with the opening of Nobu Hotel Los Cabos in collaboration with RCD Resorts.
"Los Cabos continues to be a destination of choice for the luxury traveler and this resort will embody our commitment to create a property that intertwines fun and luxury, and to offer guests from around the world a unique and exciting experience,” said Trevor Horwell, Chief Executive of Nobu Hospitality.
Leading the design efforts will be Monica Cuervo and Mark Yoshizaki of WATG architectural firm with Severine Tatangelo of Studio PCH heading the design of the interiors. The resort will feature 200 rooms and suites using natural materials and styled with a combination of Japanese themes and beach elements. Of course, the hotel’s signature dining venue will be the famed Nobu Restaurant, which will offer beachfront views. Further amenities will include a spa, retail stores, event and meeting spaces and various lounging areas.
If you’ve ever been to a Nobu property, you already know how stylish, hip and posh they are. So we’re pretty excited about this new location, especially since Cabo is just a quick plane right away for us San Diegans.
