Chef Kovel uses seasonal ingredients and applies French culinary techniques to create an award-winning menu. Desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Tim Fonseca display artistic talent as well as culinary expertise, so every meal is ended on a sweet and elegant note. Tasting menus change weekly, offering a more adventurous take on the à la carte menu. A vegetarian tasting menu is also available. Sunday brunch features a buffet of fresh seafood, New England specialties, a raw bar, sushi, traditional breakfast selections and a bountiful dessert bar.
