offers visitors the chance to walk through a moon landscape. The
area is a semi-desert and as such, the clay-filled soil has been
shaped by the intermittent rainfall over the years. Cliffs, hills,
ravines and hills are home to Egyptian vultures, golden eagles and
peregrine falcons as well as many other birds and wildlife species.
Visitors to the park can also see the ruins of Peñaflor Castle,
while the nearby towns of Arguedas and Valtierra have a variety of
