Devon HouseDevon House in Kingston is a prime example of Jamaican Georgian
architecture. Visitors to Jamaica should definitely visit this
national monument and landmark. The house was built by Jamaica's
first black millionaire, George Stiebel, at the end of the 19th
Century. The house is furnished with a number of antiques and
evokes the feel of a 'Jamaican Great House' from the period between
1860 and 1870. There are also a number of shopping and dining areas
