It's no secret that we love Gordon Ramsay, so naturally news of his opening a new restaurant is going to brighten our day. If you're familiar with the Caesars Palace in Atlantic City, you may know already that Mia's is on its way out. Its owner, Chef Chris Scarduzio, is heading to Delaware County to work with friend and restaurant owner Alberto Guadagnini on new eatery Teca Newtown Square. Luckily for us, and for Atlantic City, Chef Ramsay will be taking over Mia's space with a branch of his Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. Expected to open in early 2015, the British-themed restaurant (which has a location at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas) will have plenty of beer on tap—40 of them, according to Philly.com—and red phone booths as decoration. The menu will feature some classic British cuisine, like bangers and mash, fish and chips, roasted chicken, and one of Chef Ramsay's favorites, London broil prepared on a wood-burning grill.
