The Pursue Untapped Passions Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by LuxeMont, LLC owner of JustLuxe.com ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Entries must be submitted at http://www.justluxe.com/lincolnmkz. Entrants will be asked to provide their full name, email and mailing address. All entries must be received between 12:01 AM PST on October 15, 2012 and 11:59 PM PST on November 28, 2012. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person; duplicate entries for a single individual may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is the natural person in whose name the email address has been issued. Employees of (i) Sponsor; (ii) Ford Motor Company, and its divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries and dealers, or (iii) any entity directly connected with the development, implementation or marketing of this Sweepstakes [(i), (ii) and (iii) collectively, "Sponsor Entities"] and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate.

Winner will be selected on or around November 30, 2012 in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligibleentries received. Potential winners will be notified via email on or around December 3, 2012 at the email address provided on the entry form and will have ten (10) days from the date they are notified to verify eligibility. Potential winners will be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving a prize within ten (10) days of receipt. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of the prize. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not properly respond within stated times, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and an alternate potential winner will be selected in the same manner.

No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries are eligible. Neither the Sponsor Entities nor any of their respective affiliates are responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect entry of information. In addition, Sponsor Entities and their respective affiliates are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information on account of technical congestion on the Internet, the interactive window, at any website or any combination thereof. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that some malfunction, error, disruption, fraud or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Any entries found to be tampered with or altered in any way will be void.

Winner will receive one (1) of three prizes, two (2) of which include time sensitive events. Prize Option One (1) includes a culinary trip to New York City; Prize Option Two (2) includes a trip to an art event in Miami, January 17-21, 2013; Prize Option Three (3) includes a trip to a fashion event in Los Angeles, March 2013. The prize consists of Round-Trip Airfare for two people travelling together plus three (3) night accommodations in a luxury hotel. In the event the Winner is unable to attend the scheduled dates listed in Prize Option two (2) and Prize Option Three (3), the Winner may opt to select Prize Option One (1). Prize is determined by the information supplied during time of entry. Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prize is approximately $10,000. Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the prize ARV in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to arrange travel for winners and guests, and to structure the travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. Each winner's travel companion or, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian, must sign and return a release of liability and publicity consent agreement prior to ticketing of the prize. Minor travel companion must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Travel must be confirmed a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to stay. Package availability and blackout dates may vary. Reservations are based on availability. Reservations must be redeemed within one (1) year of drawing date, unless stated otherwise. If a winner is unable to complete hotel stay for any reason, including visa restriction, the winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize. Dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion. This prize is not assignable, transferable or redeemable for cash by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or any portion thereof, of equal or greater value should a prize, or any portion thereof, become unavailable for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes on total prize value, as well as meals other than breakfast, air or ground transportation, entertainment, tours, insurance, and miscellaneous hotel charges (including mini-bar, movies, telephone call, Internet cost and gratuities) and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the prize are the winner's sole responsibility to pay. Any expense not specified as part of the prize in these Official Rules is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and any travel companion must have passport or other documents enabling travel to and return from destination. Sponsor is not responsible for any security, passport, visa, immigration or re-entry issues, delays or expenses.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use each Winner's name, hometown and likenesses for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without notice or compensation. By entering, each participant agrees for themselves and anyone acting on their behalf to irrevocably release and hold harmless the Sponsor Entities, their respective legal representatives, prize providers, advertisers and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, death, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including any damage to computer during the entry process, or any prize won. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, the entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes, (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Restrictions, conditions, and limitations on prize apply. Each entrant further agrees that, in the event there is any conflict or other inconsistency between the Official Rules and any advertisements, promotional or marketing materials, emails, or announcements relevant to this Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will control. Entrants agree that any and all claims, disputes and causes of action arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by the appropriate courts in San Diego County, California in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction, and consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of those courts.

When entering this Sweepstakes, you may also have opted-in to receive periodic email fromFord Motor Company with a checked box. Should you no longer wish to receive emails from Ford Motor Company you can unsubscribe separately at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in an email. If you did not opt in to receive periodic email, your information will be used only for communications about the Sweepstakes, from the Sponsor such as winner notification.
