The "JustLuxe.com Trips of a Lifetime Sweepstakes” is sponsored by LuxeMont, LLC (JustLuxe.com). There is no purchase or contribution necessary to enter or win. This giveaway is open to all legal residents of the United States (excluding Florida, Rhode Island and New York residents) who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. This Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local taxes, as well as meals, ground transportation and miscellaneous hotel charges (including mini-bar, movies, telephone call, internet cost and gratuities) and any other expenses not specifically mentioned as part of the sweepstakes are the Winner's sole responsibility and the approximate retail value of the stay will vary depending on the number of nights, selection of hotel, travel methods and travel dates. Entries may be submitted at www.justluxe.com/promotions/16/index.php. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the life of the sweepstakes as new prizes become available.

Only one (1) entry is allowed per household. A household cannot be awarded more than one prize during the sweepstakes period, if participants' entry(s) is not selected as a winner, participants remains eligible for subsequent prizes during the remaining portion of the "Trips of a Lifetime Sweepstakes.” Employees of (i) JustLuxe.com or its affiliated companies, or (ii) any entity directly connected with the development, implementation or marketing of this promotion, and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household members of each such employee are not eligible.

All winners will be selected throughout the sweepstakes in a random drawing from all eligible entries. One (1) winner will be selected on or near the 15th calendar day of each month for the duration of the sweepstakes. The first winner drawn will win the destination selected during the initial registration process. Each destination can only be selected once, and once selected, the destination is no longer eligible to be selected by future winners. The second winner will win the destination they selected during the initial registration process. If that destination has already been selected and is no longer available, the second winner may choose one of the remaining available destinations. All other winners will utilize the same destination selection process as the second place winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to make changes to the selection process and may substitute a destination at any time.
Prize includes one thousand dollars ($1,000) in air transportation credit that covers the air transportation cost (ticket price and airport taxes) for two (2) people, departing from a major airport in the United States and traveling to a major airport in the vicinity of the destination hotel. Air transportation credit is for economy class travel only and must be booked through the JustLuxe.com travel department. Any unused funds belong to JustLuxe.com and airfare expenses for upgrades or that exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) is the responsibility of the winner and must be paid at time of booking.

Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of entries received. Winner will be notified via email only, at the email address provided on the entry form and will have 10 days from the date they are notified to redeem the prize. If any potential winner selected cannot be contacted, or does not respond within ten (10) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to a prize and, at discretion of JustLuxe.com, an alternate potential winner may be selected. Neither JustLuxe.com nor any of its affiliates are responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect entry of information. This includes, but is not limited to, human error, lost data transmission, deletion, delays in operations, or any other technical errors including line failures of any telephone, computer or networking equipment or any software. Any entries found to be tampered with or altered in any way will be void.

This prize is not assignable, transferable or redeemable for cash. JustLuxe.com, reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable.

Vacation package must be confirmed a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to stay. Package date and blackout dates may vary and include U.S. Holidays. Reservations are based on availability. Reservations must be redeemed by within one (1) year of drawing date, unless stated otherwise. If winner is unable to complete hotel stay for any reason, including visa restriction, the winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the hotel stay.

Winner and travel companion(s) are required to sign a liability release within thirty (30) days of award notification. Winner and travel companion(s) must travel on same itinerary. Minor must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use Winner's name, hometown and likenesses for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without notice or compensation. Winner may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving a prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of the prize.
By entering, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless JustLuxe.com, their legal representatives, prize providers, advertisers and all sponsors and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or any prize won. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply. By entering, each participant further agrees that, in the event there is any conflict or other inconsistency between the Official Rules and any advertisements, promotional or marketing materials, e-mails, or announcements relevant to this promotion, these Official Rules will govern. Entrants agree that any and all claims, disputes and causes of action arising out of or related to this giveaway shall be resolved, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate courts in San Diego County, California in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

JustLuxe reserves the right to substitute a hotel or travel destination for one of similar value, at its sole discretion. In case of a dispute over the identity of the entrant who submitted a selected Internet entry (if applicable), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deem the owner of the e-mail account (as indicated on Internet service provider records) to be the entrant.
