It seems that perennial party girl Paris Hilton has a new boyfriend with both millions of dollars and six pack abs. More importantly, however, her new love interest Thomas Gross also has a super-stylish 184-foot superyacht named Galaxy. Paris was just spotted making out with the 39-year-old, self-made Swiss entrepreneur aboard the gorgeous vessel off the coast of Spain. Gross, who is said to be worth over $200 million, is the founder of global sports media company The Perform Group. According to the Daily Mail, the duo met at the Cannes Film Festival in May and have since made the rounds of the millionaire’s home base of Zurich, Cabo San Lucas and Ibiza, where Gross owns an impressive villa and where Paris is starting a summer DJ residency at mega-club Amnesia.
In 2013 he bought Galaxy, the first vessel built by Italy’s Benetti Yachts at its new state-of-the-art Livorno shipyard in 2005. The yacht’s interiors are by acclaimed designer Stefano Natucci and it can accommodate up to 12 guests, served by a crew of 15. The most striking feature of the décor scheme is the abundant use of exotic woods including oak, eucalyptus, sycamore, ash, pear, and Burma teak. It also has a sundeck that converts into a helipad, an electronically-controlled glass paneled dining room and a 70-bottle wine cellar. And for fast getaways from the paparazzi, it’s equipped with twin 1,850 horsepower Caterpillar engines.
