On August 11, 2025, the Epicurean Spotlight is Cuisine with Michelin-starred Chef Alain Roux. Spend 12 nights on the Regent Seven Seas Splendor sailing from Athens to Barcelona. This culinary journey offers travelers the chance to experience live cooking demonstrations and interactive Q&A in the ship's Culinary Arts Kitchen. Esteemed Chef Alain Roux upholds the legendary Roux family tradition at the UK’s The Waterside Inn, maintaining 3 Michelin stars which the restaurant has held for 38 years. A pastry master and co-chair of the Roux Scholarship, Chef Roux also leads prestigious ventures like Le Normandie in Bangkok.
Also on a Regent Seven Seas Splendor cruise from Montreal to New York, passengers will get to meet Los Angeles-based chef Tommaso Barletta and his friend actor/comedian John O'Hurley. This Epicurean Spotlight Voyage on October 22, 2025 provides passengers a sneak-peek into why Chef Tommaso's fine-dining restaurants are award-winning.
