Miami-based Smart-Rhino is bringing a new electric scooter to the streets by unveiling their new Xcooter at CES. Not only can this two-wheeler fold up in just one second, it can also reach a maximum speed of 17 mph and has a 15-mile range.
With a lightweight aluminum alloy body, Xcooter takes three to four hours for its lithium battery cells to reach a full charge. The company promises that the 36V motor is super quiet, while the bike itself is incredibly easy and comfortable to ride. While Xcooter may not have the coolest name compared to others on the market (like the INU), the fact that it only takes a second to fold up definitely makes it a solid competitor.
It has an LCD display, a front LED light and comes in pink, black, white and green. The pre-order price is $1,499, but once it hits the market on April 1, it will cost $1,799.
