The super-luxury project by Bentley Motors and Dezer Development, Bentley Residences, will epitomize resort-style luxury living on the beach with five-star hospitality and service. Situated on an exclusive stretch of oceanfront at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, the luxury condominium will rise 62 stories and offer sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. But the biggest wow-factor will be the opportunity for residents to drive their car into one of four designated elevators called the “Dezervator lift” to literally drive into their upper-floor condominium. The iconic diamond-quilted pattern adorning Bentley door panels, for example, will be recreated on the tower’s façade through diamond-shaped glass panels angled meticulously to refract natural light. As a result, the exterior will glimmer in the sunlight. These same patterns and silhouettes are echoed throughout the building, including the diamond-embossed stone in the primary bathrooms and the diamond-shaped floor tiles spanning the lobby.
