According to Yahoo Finance, that title belongs to the home at 17 Upper Phillimore Gardens in London's ritzy Kensington neighborhood.
Having been bought back in 2008 for USD $127 million by Olena Pinchuk, daughter of a former Ukranian president, the luxury property—which used to be a Victorian prep-school—is currently worth USD $1.58 billion. It has 10 bedrooms, an underground swimming pool (so you can get those laps in even while it's raining), a gym, sauna, theater, and a panic room (a feature anyone who lives in a place this pricey should definitely have).
