$10M Reserve Bahamian Innocence Island Up for Auction, Winner Will be Neighbors with Johnny Depp

Innocence Island, a private 681-acre Bahamian paradise found in the Exuma island chain, is coming up for auction on May 15 at Trump SoHo New York, courtesy of Concierge Auctions and in cooperation with Damianos Sotheby's International Realty. With the reserve set at $10 million (which is actually really cheap for your own island), there's a chance that this extraordinary property can be purchased for a mere fraction of the original offered price of $55 million. At current estimates, Innocence Island will likely go for around $28 million or just shy of, which is still substantially less than that original asking price.
